Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using GBoost.AI ("the Service"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all policies incorporated by reference, including the GBoost.AI Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use GBoost.AI. These Terms apply to all users, including users on the free trial and all paid subscription tiers.

GBoost.AI is a product of G6 Labs Asia Sdn. Bhd. ("G6 Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Malaysia under Company No. 1667152-K.

Description of Service

GBoost.AI is a Google My Business (GMB) profile management platform that enables users to manage, optimise, and monitor their GMB profiles through an integrated dashboard. The Service operates by connecting to your Google account via Google's official APIs.

The features available to you depend on the subscription plan you are enrolled in. G6 Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Malaysian law or the laws of your jurisdiction to use GBoost.AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are registering on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access GBoost.AI, you must register using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your GBoost.AI account.
• Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

G6 Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Subscription Plans

GBoost.AI offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly:

• Base — RM 99/month: Limited features. Suitable for single-profile basic management.
• Pro — RM 299/month: Full access to standard features for one GMB profile.
• Edge — RM 499/month: Unlimited usage of all features for one GMB profile.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing: Designed for businesses managing multiple GMB profiles under one account. Pricing and terms are negotiated directly with G6 Labs.

All plans are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

G6 Labs reserves the right to modify plan pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial. The free trial grants access to GBoost.AI features as defined at the time of sign-up. G6 Labs reserves the right to adjust free trial terms, duration, or eligibility at any time. Only one free trial is permitted per user and per business entity.

Profile Licensing

Each GBoost.AI subscription covers the management of one (1) Google My Business profile. Additional profiles require additional active subscriptions on a per-profile basis. Users managing multiple profiles under a single account must subscribe to the Enterprise Plan or maintain separate subscriptions for each profile.

Attempting to manage multiple profiles under a single non-Enterprise subscription constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GBoost.AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to your GMB profile through the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of GBoost.AI.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or subscription rights to any third party without prior written consent from G6 Labs.
• Use the Service in any manner that violates Google's Terms of Service or GMB policies.

G6 Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you are found to be in violation of these acceptable use conditions, without any obligation to issue a refund.

Google API Compliance

GBoost.AI's use of Google APIs is subject to Google's API Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. By using GBoost.AI, you authorise us to access your Google account and GMB data on your behalf as permitted by the permissions you grant during sign-in. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings, which will disable GBoost.AI's ability to manage your profiles.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and functionality of GBoost.AI — including but not limited to its source code, design, logos, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of G6 Labs Asia Sdn. Bhd. and are protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GBoost.AI solely for the purposes described herein, for the duration of your active subscription. This licence does not constitute a sale or transfer of any intellectual property rights.

Availability & Service Interruptions

We aim to maintain GBoost.AI's availability at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party API downtime such as Google's APIs).

G6 Labs shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GBoost.AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. G6 Labs does not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the Service (including GMB ranking or visibility improvements) will be accurate, complete, or meet your expectations.
• Any specific business outcomes, search ranking improvements, or revenue results will be achieved through the use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G6 Labs Asia Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use GBoost.AI, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to G6 Labs in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

G6 Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to GBoost.AI at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion at [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

Modifications to Terms

G6 Labs reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of GBoost.AI after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of GBoost.AI shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with G6 Labs. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
