GBoost.AI is a product built and operated by G6 Labs Asia Sdn. Bhd. ("G6 Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Malaysia (Company No. 1667152-K).

GBoost.AI is a Google My Business (GMB) profile management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you use GBoost.AI. By signing in and using GBoost.AI, you agree to the practices described herein.

Information We Collect

GBoost.AI is designed with data minimisation in mind. We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

a) Login Information via Google Sign-In

• When you authenticate using Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile picture through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
• We do not collect or store your Google account password at any time.

b) Google My Business Profile Data

• Upon granting authorisation, GBoost.AI accesses and manages your GMB profile(s) on your behalf. This includes business name, address, phone number, business hours, categories, photos, posts, and customer reviews.
• This data is accessed solely to provide the GMB management features of GBoost.AI and is not used for any other purpose.

We do not collect payment card details, government-issued identification, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is described above.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to GBoost.AI.
• To read, update, and manage your Google My Business profile(s) as instructed by you.
• To communicate with you regarding your account, service updates, or support requests.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our platform.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the direct provision of GBoost.AI services.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Google APIs: GBoost.AI interacts with Google's APIs on your behalf. Your use of GBoost.AI is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Service providers: We may engage trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) who process data solely on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account or revoke Google access permissions, we will delete your associated data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

You may revoke GBoost.AI's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls limited to authorised personnel.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to maintain the security of your Google account credentials.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by revoking Google Sign-In access.
