Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all subscription purchases made on GBoost.AI. By subscribing to any GBoost.AI plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy in full.
No-Refund Policy
All payments made for GBoost.AI subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Early cancellation of a subscription before the end of the billing period.
- Unused days, features, or credits remaining at the time of cancellation.
- Dissatisfaction with the service after payment has been made.
- Accidental or unintended renewal of a subscription.
- Failure to use the platform during the active subscription period.
- Changes in your business needs or circumstances.
We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the 30-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription to ensure GBoost.AI meets your requirements.
Free Trial
GBoost.AI offers a 30-day free trial for new users. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require an active subscription to continue using GBoost.AI's features. If you do not subscribe, your access will be restricted until a plan is selected.
Each user is entitled to one free trial only. G6 Labs reserves the right to revoke free trial access if abuse or misuse is detected.
Cancellation
You may cancel your GBoost.AI subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have full access to the features included in your plan until that date.
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
- Your account and profile data will be retained for 30 days after expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
Auto-Renewal
All GBoost.AI subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next month.
Subscription Plans & Profiles
GBoost.AI subscriptions are issued on a per-profile basis. Each subscription covers the management of one (1) Google My Business profile. If you manage multiple GMB profiles, each profile requires a separate active subscription.
Businesses managing multiple profiles under a single account are advised to contact us regarding the Enterprise Plan, which is available with custom pricing.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
Exceptional Circumstances
G6 Labs Asia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the sole discretion to assess and address exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any goodwill credits or accommodations offered do not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy and do not establish precedent for future claims.
